Orders


Custom and personalized orders
I do offer personalization & can embroider names. 

Depending on your needs, I may be able to fill custom orders. Just message me, and we'll discuss your request.

Care instructions
I recommend washing all items on gentle, and drying on low heat. On cotton and minky blankets, I like to remove from the dryer before dry and hang to finish drying (but not necessary). Our blankets and quilts are built to last. If you forget the instructions, they should hold up just fine.

Minky should not be ironed, and fabric softener is not recommended to keep the minky fluffy.

Shipping


Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can you ship to another person for me?
Yes, I would love to ship a gift to someone for you. I can also put in a handwritten note from you. Just make sure the correct ship to address is on your order, and put the message you'd like me to add in the note to seller area.

How long before you ship my items?
Some of my items are Ready to Ship. Most of my items are made with special order fabrics and could take 3-4 weeks to make. Check the item description on the specific listing. You can always message me also for a more accurate timeline.

Do you offer free pick up for local orders?
If you're in Southwest Arkansas and would prefer to pick up your order, you can do so and save the shipping charges. Just message me and set up a time with you to meet with your order :)


Returns


I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase


The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Cut fabric off of the bolt


Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
